I love being able to whip up an autumnal beverage (or snack!) at home – which is why I’ve been making batches of Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk and stashing them in the fridge for use any time of day or night.
This recipe makes a great festive coffee creamer or you can also blend the almond milk up with bananas and a few ice cubes for a delicious smoothie. I’ve also been thinking of stirring some into yogurt or kefir for a delicious treat. I haven’t done that last one yet – but when I do I’ll share it with you.
Pumpkin Spice Almond Milk
- 2.5 cups almond milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 3 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Blend almond milk, honey, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice together in a blender (easiest) or combine in a large bowl and whisk until completely mixed. Store in refrigerator.
Yum! I need to try this 🙂
