Recap: Week of 10/3

Several nights of interrupted sleep caused me to sleep in and miss my workouts earlier in the week.  But I did get a long power walk in, some yoga, and a great 7 MILE RUN on Saturday!

I was really happy with myself for logging a long run Saturday! It felt great.  I took it really slow to start which I think helped make the whole run good.  I didn’t struggle at all.  The cool fall weather here in Philly is really helping as well.

10/5: 3.5 miles (walk)

10/6: 2.5 miles

10/7: Mommy & Me Yoga

10/8: 7 miles

Total mileage for the week:  13 miles

Total FitBit steps for the week: 85,564
