Recaps: Weeks of 3/27, 4/3, AND 4/10

WHEW I am so behind in my recaps! Since the half marathon my running has been a little scattered but I’ve still been getting in about 17-20 miles per week. I’ve also added some strength training into the mix with Mama’s Movers Yoga and Fit4Mom classes as well as my first session with Active Mom Fitness.  I’m hoping to start an 8 week series with AMF soon – I can’t wait to share more details about it!

I am happy to report that I scored a bib for The Broad Street Run in May! I didn’t get chosen in the lottery, but a friend wasn’t able to train as she hoped so I’m going to buy hers off her.  With this 10 miler coming up I’m glad to put a little more focus to my running. 3 weeks to go!

So here’s a recap of the last 3 weeks….it’s been busy, but like I said – I’m looking forward to having a bit more focus as I prepare for Broad Street.
